After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. The confirmation will include details of the product you ordered, the price, as well as billing and delivery addresses. If anything is incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
To shop in our webshop, you must be at least 18 years old or have the purchase approved by a legal guardian.
Price
All prices in our webshop are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK), and all prices include 25% VAT. We have no order limit or cost limit – you can order as many products as you want. We reserve the right for price changes, stock changes, and printing errors.

Delivery and Shipping
Delivery within Sweden
All purchases within Sweden are delivered for a cost of 49 SEK, and packages are sent via Postnord. Packages are delivered to the nearest collection point. Free shipping for orders over 899 SEK within Sweden.
Delivery to another country
We also deliver our products internationally. Our packages are sent via Postnord at a cost of 250 SEK.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible and have a normal delivery time of 5-7 working days. However, variations may occur, and longer delivery times may occur during national holidays.

Right of Withdrawal, Complaints, Returns, and Exchanges
When purchasing goods from the webshop, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer protection legislation. This means that you have the right to withdraw your purchase by notifying us within 14 days from the date you or your representative received the ordered item (withdrawal period). However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made according to your instructions or that have otherwise acquired a clear personal touch.
If you want to withdraw your purchase, you should send a clear and explicit message to [email protected] before the withdrawal period expires. Include your order number in the message.
If you want to return or exchange your item, you must attach the receipt, invoice, or delivery note to prove that the product was purchased from us. To be considered unused, the returned products must be in substantially unchanged condition. This means, for example, that labels and protective plastic must be intact on the product. Returned items must be well packaged and returned in the same way they were delivered.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the item after you have received it and during the return shipping. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified DIVOYH AB of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
DIVOYH AB reserves the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. For exchanges, in addition to the receipt that proves your purchase, it is very important to include a message in the package with your order number, name, address, email, and phone number, as well as what you want to exchange for. If you want to exchange your item for the same model but a different size, we will send the new product to you free of charge. For exchanges to a completely new product, we charge a shipping fee of 79 SEK within Sweden. Refunds for returns are made using the same payment method you used for your purchase. We normally refund your purchase within 14 days from the date the item is returned to us. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the item has been returned.
Note that leather is a natural material with more or less structure in its appearance. Differences in structure and appearance in a leather product are not considered a defect and therefore not a reason for exchange or complaint. All embellishments, such as pearls, crystals, studs, lace, and embroideries, are solely for decoration. This embellishment is delicate, and if it breaks, it cannot be considered a defect in the item and cannot be claimed.

Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, labor strikes, government decisions, non-deliveries from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances, and similar events beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen, affecting concluded agreements and commitments from our side, making it impossible for us to fulfill said agreements/commitments, such an event shall be the basis for DIVOYH AB to be relieved of our obligations to fulfill said agreements.
